			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Stire azi: Primaria Cluj a alocat cate 1 milion de lei noi pentru cele doua catedrale monumentale aflate in constructie de decenii &#8211; cea ortodoxa din Manastur si cea greco-catolica din Piata Cipariu. De ce nu sunt de acord, sub nici o forma, am mai spus. Acum ma leg de o chestiune de moralitate in relatia dintre Primarie si cetatenii Clujului.</p>
<p>Argumentatia folosita de Primaria a fost ca vrea sa ajute aceste constructii sa nu mai fie asemenea monstrozitati neterminate, si sa refaca aspectul zonelor respective.</p>
<p>Sa zicem ca sunt de-acord &#8211; pana la urma aceeasi argumentatie a fost folosita pentru refatadizarea caselor din centrul Clujului.</p>
<p>Dar credeti ca proprietarii caselor din centru au primit banii pentru refatadizare? Nici gand!</p>
<p>Programul de refacere a caselor din centrul Clujului functioneaza dupa cum urmeaza: Primaria plateste costurile, urmand ca proprietarii sa ramburseze sumele in 10 ani.</p>
<p>In acest caz, ma intreb, daca tot se foloseste argumentatia estetica pentru finantarea lucrarilor la aceste catedrale, nu ar trebui sa fie aplicati aceiasi termeni? Primaria sa plateasca acum, Biserica urmand a plati contravaloare lucrarilor in 10 ani. Sa fim seriosi, Biserica genereaza mult mai multe venituri decat proprietarii caselor din centru, asa ca-si permite.</p>
<p>Rugamintea mea pentru Primarie: daca tot aveti bani de dat, dati-i celor care chiar au nevoie, ca-s destui. Orfani, bolnavi, batrani, saraci &#8211; din pacate nu ducem lipsa de ei. Dar de inca o Biserica parca ne putem lipsi.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ca sa fim clari de la inceput, sunt impotriva ACTA. Si-am mers si aseara la miting, am stat cam 30 de minute, destul cat sa vad ca intr-adevar, la Cluj s-au strans multi oameni. Cateva mii de oameni au fost, si ma surprinde faptul ca acoperirea media a fost foarte subtire. Cum zicea <a href="http://voxpublica.realitatea.net/politica-societate/si-cu-acta-basta-de-ce-revolutia-continua-la-cluj-nu-la-bucuresti-74285.html">Mihai Gotiu </a>, daca se intampla la Bucuresti, se amana meciul Stelei. Dar sa lasam discutia asta pentru alt moment, si sa revenim la esenta problemei. De ce mi se pare ca ACTA nu-si are locul acum. Cel putin, nu in forma asta.</p>
<p>In primul rand, ca principiu, o lege atat de importanta nu are voie sa fie votata fara a exista un dialog, fara a se cere aportul societatii civile, fara a o aduce in dezbatere. Din acest punct de vedere, cred ca toti protestatarii sunt de-acord. Orice lege cu impact semnificativ trebuie sa intre in dezbatere, iar ACTA nu a fost dezbatuta deloc in Romania. Pur si simplu, Guvernul Romaniei a semnat ca primarul (Boc). Fara sa clipeasca. Dar nu pot sa acuz doar Guvernul de acest lucru. Personal, cred ca aceasta atitudine submisiva e un efect direct al faptului ca marele lider basescu (b-ul mic e intentionat) a ajuns un paria la nivel international, in care e marginalizat la fel ca Becali in Parlamentul European (cand n-ai cu ce, n-ai nici cu cine). Asa se intampla cand imaginea tarii tale e un om care nu are nici cultura, nici educatia si nici diplomatia de a duce la bun sfarsit o conversatie cu liderii lumii. Ei, atunci, tu, ca tara, nu ai voce. Si votezi ca primarul.</p>
<p>Destul de context si principiu. Acum despre legea efectiva. Nu voi elabora prea mult, doar ma leg de doua aspecte care mi se par esentiale.</p>
<p>Cand am auzit de A.C.T.A., vazand videoclipul celor de la<a href="http://creativemonkeyz.com/roboti/robotzi-s02-ep-special-acta/"> creativemonkeys</a>, am inceput sa simt ca vine Apocalipsa. 1984. Big Brother is here! THIS IS IT! Ei, dar cunoscand totusi profilul publicului romanesc, am banuit ca poate e exagerat acest alarmism. In consecinta, primul lucru pe care l-am fact a fost sa citesc efectiv legea. Am mers la varianta in Engleza, direct de la sursa: <a href="http://register.consilium.europa.eu/pdf/en/11/st12/st12196.en11.pdf">http://register.consilium.europa.eu/pdf/en/11/st12/st12196.en11.pdf</a>. Sa ma interesez.</p>
<p>Ca si premize ale legii, eu sunt de-acord cu <strong>nevoia de a reglementa pirateria</strong>. Sa fim sinceri, cu totii ne luam filme, mp3-uri etc. de pe torenti, pentru care nu platim. Oricum ne-am uita, e un furt. Asadar, vorbim de o problema care trebuie abordata. Ma pun in situatia creatorului de valoare (ca e muzica, soft sau film, nu conteaza) de a carui munca noi ne bucuram, dar pentru care el nu e rasplatit. In consecinta, contextul in care apare ACTA e de inteles, si chiar necesar. Plus ca nu e dracu&#8217; asa negru, ca apar business-uri care vor aborda problema, si vom avea in continuare acces gratuit sau ieftin la muzica. Vezi <a href="http://www.zonga.ro/">Zonga</a> &#8211; produsul pe care cei de la trilulilu il lanseaza exact in intampinarea acestei probleme.</p>
<p>Acum sa abordam problema <strong>dreptului la intimitate</strong> &#8211; problema numarul 1 a legii, cred eu.</p>
<p>Legea efectiva nu spune ca poti fi monitorizat fara sa existe informatii credibile cum ca ai face ceva ilegal. Mai spune clar ca orice masuri se pot lua cu conditia sa nu aduca atingere libertatilor fundamentale, de exprimare, dreptul la intimitate, etc. In schimb, ce face legea este sa lase unele zone gri, zone care, in contextul unor norme discretionare de aplicare, pot foarte usor sa duca la abuzuri. Ma uit la ce se intampla in Ungaria acum, cu o cenzura subtila implementata deja, si vad ca spectrul acestui proces nu a disparut din &#8220;lumea occidentala&#8221;. Iar in Romania, presupunand ca legea va fi adoptata in forma actuala, lasa loc de niste interepretari care sigur vor duce la abuzuri sau tentative de abuzuri. In acest context, nu pot sa fiu de acord cu asemenea practici.</p>
<p>Ce mi se pare interesant, totusi, e cum oamenii s-au trezit brusc si vor sa-si pastreze dreptul la intimitate. Oamenii nu vor ca ISP-urile (furnizorii de servicii de Internet) sa poata fi obligati sa monitorizeze INFORMATIA din comunicarile lor. Pentru ca aici e riscul, ca ISP-urile sa se uite IN fisierele trimise, nu LA ele (ceea ce orice switch mai destept al unui ISP face deja).</p>
<p>Ma bucura aceasta constientizare, dar ma frapeaza ca nimeni nu are probleme cu faptul ca serviciile de informatii deja pot sa iti asculte telefoanele fara ca tu sa stii. Mi se pare o invadare cel putin la fel de mare a intimitatii. Si e vorba de acelasi concept, ca o autoritate ARE DREPTUL sa ceara operatorului de telecomunicatii sa te monitorizeze. Acelasi concept ca si la problema Internetului!</p>
<p>Ca si concluzie, o lege care sa abordeze problema pirateriei e necesara. Dar pentru a gasi o solutie adevarata si sustenibila la aceasta problema, trebuie urmati niste pasi, trebuie stabilite niste principii de comun acord cu societatea civila, cu creatorii de content dar si cu consumatorii. Trebuie data ocazia tuturor sa vina cu idei, sa aduca imbunatatiri sau sa ridice semne de intrebare. Procesul democratic trebuie urmat, chiar si pentru ACTA.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Boc a demisionat. De asteptat. Sper doar sa nu iasa singurul tap ispasitor pentru toata incompetenta Guvernului pe care l-a condus (am mai scris despre masurile corecte pe care le-a luat dar pe care le-a implementat dezastruos). Dar nu despre asta vreau sa scriu.</p>
<p>E momentul ca PNL-ul sa se trezeasca, pentru ca risca sa dispara. La ce se intampla acum, PNL-ul a devenit o gluma. Crin este o gluma. A devenit vioara a 2-a intr-o coalitie cu cel mai mare adversar natural al sau &#8211; PSD-ul. Nimeni nu se mai identifica cu PNL-ul lui Crin &#8211; sau foarte putini oricum. USL-ul este fostul USD, nicidecum o mare alianta stanga-dreapta. Ca dovada, uite un citat dintr-un articol din BBC despre demisia lui Boc:</p>
<p>&#8220;<strong>The left-wing opposition USL alliance</strong>, <strong>headed by Victor Ponta</strong>, is currently leading the opinion polls. Mr Ponta suggested last week that Romania should either have early elections similar to Spain, or temporarily install a technocrat administration, like Italy.&#8221;</p>
<p>Probabil ca e o scapare a d-lui Thorpe, dar reflecta adevarul. Prin asocierea PSD-PNL, PNL-ul doar pierde. Pierde credibilitate, dar, cel mai grav (credibilitatea e oricum un concept abstract in politica din Romania) isi pierde identitatea. E trist, pentru ca PNL-ul ar avea acum ocazia, din nou (dupa momentul 2009), sa devina principala forta reala de dreapta. Dar nu, se complace in situatia in care e condus de un papagal care nu stie sa zica nimic in afara de &#8220;Jos Basescu!&#8221; (nu ca nu as fi de acord cu el, sa nu ma intelegeti) si care devine tot mai ridicol pe zi ce trece.</p>
<p>E ceasul al 12-lea, si ma simt un optimist cand spun asta. Trezireaaaa. Daca nu pentru noi, pentru voi. Daca nu, electoratul va trage apa, si va va trage si pe voi&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past week Malev, Hungary&#8217;s national carrier, ceased operations after 66 years of continuous service. The company had been plagued by debt, an ageing fleet and increased competition by low cost carriers. It had received a Government bailout, yet it could not turn its business around. A startling story, as it is the first European national flag carrier to simply halt flights, without being taken over by some other airline. Yes, Alitalia was close to getting there, but somehow, it always managed to find a last minute solution, even if it meant drastic changes.</p>
<p>However, this was expected. Somehow, Malev would cease to be, or would dramatically change. But what was surprising, and what impressed me was the quick reply from Malev&#8217;s low cost competitors, Wizzair and Ryanair.</p>
<p>Wizzair, the Central European low-cost carrier, has been eating away at Malev&#8217;s market share ever since it launched 6-7 years ago. However, as Malev grounded its flights, Wizzair instantly announced investments of about 80 Million Euro in its Budapest operations. Plus a rescue plan for the Malev passengers. And this reaction was the same day Malev grounded its fleet!!!</p>
<p>Ryanair,on the other end - the Global No. 1 Low cost carrier &#8211; was not operating in Budapest, but it was already planning to start Budapest operations this year. However, the moment Malev grounded its fleet, Ryanair instantly came with a press release saying it would set up a base in Budapest <strong>within two weeks. </strong>They would prepare all the work, relocate two planes, hire or temporarily move staff to provide these services, while also completing negotiations with the Budapest Airport Authority. Fantastic response time, plus incredible way to seize an immense opportunity &#8211; this is the best time to negotiate with an airport authority about low rates and facilities, as the airport just lost more than half of its business, so it is obviously desperate to replace that business.</p>

<p>As an aviation enthusiast, I am saddened by the disappearance of any airline, and even more so by the disappearance of malev - my first ever flight was on one of Malev&#8217;s Boeing 767 from Budapest to New York. However, as someone looking at the business of aviation, I am fascinated and excited by the incredible competition and quick response times of the new, private, business-oriented carriers. A great case for business, and a big red flag for any other countries that still run their flag carriers under the principles of an age long gone. A clear proof that companies need professional management, and not political appointees.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Un sondaj cu rezultate aparent socante azi in  <a title="Adevarul (vezi articolul aici)" href="http://www.adevarul.ro/actualitate/politica/Democrat-liberalii__au_ajuns_la_15-8_0_636536669.html" target="_blank">Adevarul (click aici)</a>. Regele Mihai e prima personalitate ca nivel de incredere. Si, daca va uitati mai jos in al doilea grafic din articol, vedeti ca Principesa Margareta e si ea inaintea politicienilor (singura alta personalitate cu mai mare incredere e Regina Ana)!!! Eu am zis de la inceput, cel mai bun Presedinte pentru Romania ar fi Principesa Margareta. Am scris despre ea mai demult, in postul<a title="La Multi Ani, Principesa Margareta!" href="http://clujean.net/2010/03/26/la-multi-ani-principesa-margareta/"> acesta</a> . Dar ideea parea foarte distanta. Comunismul parea a fi creat o fobie a romanilor cand e vorba de monarhie. Acea stigmatizare a elitelor implementata de comunisti parea a-si fi avut efectul cautat, si parea ireversibil.</p>
<p>Ei, dar in ultimii ani, clasa politica din Romania a dat cu bata-n balta cu fiecare ocazie. Romaniei ii lipseste o forta credibila, o sursa de putere si stabilitate care sa treaca de troaca de porci a Parlamentarilor si sa devina un garant al democratiei romanesti. Care sa ofere siguranta oamenilor. Sa ne gandim putin la partidele politice actuale:</p>
<p>1. PDL &#8211; as zice no comment, dar vazand cum inca sunt multimi de oameni infundati &#8220;ideologic&#8221; (ghilimelele sunt intentionate &#8211; acest partid nu are si nu a avut o ideologie), am zis ca merita mentionat. Este un partid care in 2008-2009 aproape ca a dus tara in colaps, in 2009-2010 a luat masuri necesare dar le-a implementat extrem de prost, iar de-atunci, desi pare ca totusi vine cu masurile corecte, o da in bara cu fiecare implementare a respectivelor politici. O asemenea incompetenta cred ca nu s-a mai vazut in Romania. Ca sa nu vorbesc de Videanu, Berceanu si alti cativa &#8220;crai&#8221; din curtea lor. Aaa&#8230;si sa nu o uitam pe EBA&#8230;.</p>
<p>2. PNL &#8211; avea o ocazie istorica sa devina principalul partid de dreapta al Romaniei. Sa se delimiteze clar de PDL si ideologia de ceata, si sa devina ceea ce trebuie sa fie: un partid adevarat de dreapta. Dar a ajuns Crin presedinte, si pestritul de Crin, care nu cred ca intelege ce inseamna de fapt ideologia de dreapta, a dat cu bata-n balta de nenumarate ori. Evident, cea mai mare gafa fiind alianta cu PSD-ul. Ca sa nu mai zic de iesiri in public cu afirmatii de genul &#8220;toate legile adoptate de Guvern vor fi anulate/schimbate&#8221;. Un adevarat idiot. Un populist fara esenta.</p>
<p>3. PSD &#8211; Nastase, Iliescu, Micky Spaga, Hrebenciuc, Mazare, Vanghelie. Sa mai zic? Aaaa&#8230; Po(a)nta. No comment&#8230;</p>
<p>4. altii &#8211; din pacate, chiar degeaba. Chiar si miscarile poate constructive, de genul Noua Republica, nu au fundament, si risca sa devina niste trompete second hand al aceleiasi &#8220;triplete&#8221; politice.</p>
<p>S-ar putea ca acesta sa fie momentul pentru o candidatura de succes a Principese Margareta. Cateva argumente:</p>
<p>1. Romanii par a fi inteles, intr-un final, de ce Monarhia a fost atat de benefica Romaniei. Pentru ca a garantat stabilitate, pentru ca mereu a fost deasupra troacei de porci a politicii romanesti.</p>
<p>2. Ar supraveghea lupta politica, si ar fi garantul luptei egale intre partide.</p>
<p>3. Ar forta partidele politice actuale sa se restructureze. Sa scape de dinozauri, si sa devina partide reale. Pentru ca, orice-ar face, nu vor putea avea acces la tot ciolanul, pentru ca exista ceva deasupra lor, ceva la care n-au acces. Ar deveni acele partide care au adus progresul Romaniei inaintea celul de-al Doilea Razboi Mondial si comun(/catacl)ismul ce-a urmat. Pentru ca, intr-un final, tot partidele trebuie sa duca Romania inainte, atat ca trebuie tinute putin in lesa, iar lesa sa fie una egala pentru toti &#8211; nu cum face Basescu acum&#8230;</p>
<p>4. Ar garanta la nivel international credibilitatea Romaniei. Ar ajuta Romania sa faca un mare pas inainte.</p>
<p>5. Daca mandatul ei va avea efectul pe care scontez eu ca il va avea, dupa al doilea mandat, populatia s-ar putea sa fie pregatita pentru - chiar sa doreasca &#8211; o revizuire adevarata a Constitutiei, si, posibil, revenirea la Monarhie. Iar daca mandatul Principesei (primul) nu va avea rezultatele, nu va fi realeasa, si nu pierdem nimic, ramanem cu sistemul asa cum e.</p>
<p>Astfel, Principesa Margareta presedinte ar fi piatra de incercare atat pentru ea, cat si pentru Romania, in vederea revenirii la ideea veche, si nu demult considerata arhaica, de a reinstaura monarhia in Romania. Fara riscuri!</p>

Si verdictul este pozitiv: am castigat totul. Costul operatiei, despagubirile, cheltuieli, tot.  La exact 2 ani, o saptamana si 5 zile de la accident, povestea pare ca s-a incheiat. Cu bine.</p>
<p>Au 15 zile sa faca recurs, desi nu vad pe ce motiv. Judecatoarea a cerut expertiza medicala, s-a facut, au confirmat ca medicii austrieci aveau dreptate, asa ca situatia e destul de clara.</p>
<p>Voi scrie mai multe concluzii mai tarziu,  deocamdata voiam doar sa impartasesc vestile bune. Si sa reiterez: daca aveti dreptate, nu va dati batuti. Se poate!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Intre Craciun si Revelion am fost la ski la Bucovel, in Ucraina. De mult planuiam aceasta excursie, dar diverse evenimente (intre care, accident la ski in AUstria) m-au oprit in ultimii doi ani. Dar inainte de Craciun, mi-am dat seama ca 2011 era cat pe ce sa se termine fara ca eu sa fi mers intr-o tara noua. Asa ca, intre Serbia si Ucraina, am ales Ucraina &#8211; si mai aproape, si era si Bukovelul.</p>
<p>Am convins cativa prieteni mai &#8220;aventurosi&#8221; sa vina, si pe 27, am plecat. Pregatirile au fost succinte, in mare, telefoane cu niste prieteni din Sighetu Marmatiei care merg acolo destul de des si care stiu &#8220;mersul lucrurilor&#8221;. Am gasit si o pensiune care &#8220;stie romaneste&#8221; destul incat sa putem sa rezervam cazare (cam 40 EUR/noapte camera dubla), si dimineata pe 27 decembrie, am decolat.</p>
<p>Drumul pana la Sighet nu-l voi detalia, nu doar pentru ca nu e nimic spectaculos (in afara de cele o mie de serpentine de pe Dealul Gutinului) cat datorita faptului ca nu eram in cea mai buna forma dupa o zi de 26 de colindat de pomina si chiar prefer sa nu-mi aduc aminte. Dar lasam acele mici amintiri neplacute in urma si ajungem ia vama la Sighetu Marmatiei. La iesirea din UE!</p>
<p>Nota: daca dati pe viaMichelin, Google Maps, Yahoo Directions sau cam orice alt site sa va dea directii din Maramures spre Bukovel, va va trimite prin Slovacia sau prin Republica Moldova. Din anumite motive care-mi scapa, pentru ei nu exista punctul de trecere a frontierei de la Sighet. Dar va asigur eu ca exista.</p>
<p>Vama mi-a adus aminte de trecerile spre Ungaria din anii 90, doar ca mai rau, si mult mai putin fluida. Evident, granita dubla, atat Romania face controale, cat si Ucraina. La partea romana, ne-am pus in coloana si ne-am bucurat fiindca eram a 5-a masina inainte de vama!! Bucuria a durat cam 30 de minute, cand ne-am dat seama ca nu se misca nimic. Ei, dupa cam o ora, in final, ne-a bagat in vama. Cum functioneaza: se iau seturi de 6-8 masini si se baga in zona de control deodata. Si stai acolo pana vine cineva sa te intrebe de sanatate, de actele masinii, si de pasapoarte. Am stat si acolo vreo 10 minute, a venit vamesul, ne-a luat pasapoartele si dupa inca vreo 15 minute a venit cu ele inapoi. Dupa vreo 20-25 de minute in care ne-am delectat cu afisele mari din vama cu &#8220;Spune NU coruptiei&#8221;, &#8220;NU da spaga&#8221;, etc, ne-a dat drumul sa trecem spre Ucraina. Foarte misto, e un pod peste Tisa, reconstruit de cativa ani, dar care are o singura banda. Asa se explica seturile de masini, nu pot sa ia mai multe pentru ca dupa aceea blocheaza podul, si ceilalti sunt blocati la randul lor.</p>
<p>Trecem podul, si gata, suntem in Ucraina. Sau, ma rog, in vama ucraineana. Dam de caractere chirilice, si in rest, cam la fel ca la noi, cu mai putine postere color.</p>

<p>Sa nu uit. Toata lumea ne-a spus regula informala: &#8220;leul in pasaport, si 5 lei la vama pe masina&#8221;. Dar noi suntem oameni care citesc afisele, asa ca am luat in serios indemnul patriotic &#8220;nu da spaga&#8221;, si n-am pus leul. Si totul a fost ok pana ajungem la ucrainieni in vama, si ne ia actele. Si dupa ce verifica pasapoartele, se uita la actele masinii, intreaba daca e prima data cand trecem, iar la raspunsul afirmativ, ii zice soferului (nu eram eu, din fericire, apropo de povestea cu colindatul din 26!) ca trebuie sa plateasca 5 lei, pentru &#8220;inregistrarea&#8221; masinii. Evident, nu tu o chitanta, orice, pur si simplu, trebuie. Sincer, mai simplu asa, pentru cetatenii ca noi, care stiu doar sa citeasca afise si au impresia ca se poate si fara. Dar nu, abstinenta de la coruptie e o practica inacceptabila in zona.</p>
<p>Dupa inca ceva mici probleme cu vama (actele masinii nu erau ele tocmai in regula - soferul compusese, printase si stampilase dimineata in Cluj o imputernicire de pe firma pe care era masina) ne-au lasat in final sa intram in Ucraina, cu mentiunea ca daca ne opreste politia, mai bine sa zicem ca nu mai gasim procura de la masina decat sa le aratam documentul pe care-l facusem. Cred ca si-au dat si ei seama ca nu suntem nici hoti de masini, nici mici traficanti de frontiera dupa schiurile inghesuite in masina si pozitiile evident incomfortabile ale pasagerilor din spate (unul fiind eu &#8211; nu era placut deloc, apropo de colindatul din 26&#8230;).</p>
<p>Si ajungem in Ucraina! Chiar dupa vama, un mic orasel/sat unde ne oprim sa schimbam bani la o banca. Aici inca lumea vorbeste romaneste, asa ca ne-am descurcat destul de ok. Dupa sat, prima portiune de 2 km: piatra cubica, doua treceri de cale ferata, si 4 oameni panicati ca in ritmul acela ajungem la ski in doua zile.</p>
<p>Dar dupa cei 2 km, dam in drumul national H 09 (a se citi &#8220;N 09&#8243;) care urma sa ne duca pana in statiune &#8211; vreo 100 km. Drumul a fost chiar ok, cam cum sunt drumurile judetene in Romania, sau cum erau cele nationale acum 10 ani. Dar foarte frumos. Practic, am urcat pe valea Tisei, pana aproape de izvor. Ce a fost interesant de vazut a fost ca din cand in cand aveau posturi de control cu politie si bariera, unde te opresc si te intreaba de sanatate, familie, pasapoarte si actele masinii.</p>

<p>Mergem asa cei aprox 100 km, si ajungem la un indicator mare, Bukovel stanga, 8 km. Un drum nou nout, frumos, care ne duce pana in statiune. Statiunea &#8211; nou-nouta. Cabane aliniate pe randuri, unele cu acces direct de pe partie, parcari imense la baza partiilor, multe telescaune, totul mirosea a nou.</p>

<p>Ne oprim, intrebam de satul unde trebuia sa ajungem (Palyanitsa) si mergem inca aproximativ 1 km, la pensiunea &#8220;Marlena&#8221;. Ajungem la pensiune, intrebam de cazare, da Natasha din cap (am aflat mai tarziu ca o chema Natasha) si o cheama pe Ileana, una din cele doua jumatati ale patronatului, care vorbea romana. Si ne arata camerele &#8211; camere chiar ok, cabana din lemn, baie proprie cu dus si tot ce trebuie), si mergem sa mancam ceva. Evident, meniul numai in chirilice, asa ca depindem de cineva care vorbeste romana sa ne explice ce am putea manca. Vine o doamna bilingva, ne explica, mancam o ciorba, bem o bere bastinasa, platim foarte putin, si ne punem sa dormim un pic, pentru ca spre seara sa iesim sa vizitam statiunea.</p>

<p>Seara iesim in statiune sa ne plimbam. O statiune chiar misto, se lucra de zor in multe locuri (sezonul de varf incepea in 29, cu doua zile inainte de Craciunul dupa calendarul gregorian &#8211; Ucraina e pe acel calendar) si peste tot, doar indicatoare in ucraineana/chirilice. Asa ca, ajungem la un mare complex luminat (de fapt, o mare parcare), unde la parter aveau un super club, un pub, receptie, garderoba si un Huka bar- un local de fumat narghilea/huka/shisha (acelasi lucru).</p>
<p>Ne-am pus la pub, si a venit chelnerita, si la intrebarea &#8220;do you speak English?&#8221;, raspunsul &#8220;So and so&#8221;! Si meniul, in chirilice. Dupa ce ne chinuim putin sa intelegem ce vrem sa comandam, isi aduce aminte chelnerita ca de fapt au meniu si in engleza, ni-l aduce, si rezolvam. Scorurile aici, in schimb, mai serioase, nu chiar scoruri de Austria la ski, dar oricum, mult mai mari decat la pensiune la noi. Ei, asa sunt statiunile de fitze din Ucraina. Mancarea, chiar slabuta. Evident, nu a fost cea mai senzationala experienta, pana la final cand, alaturi de nota, chelnerita a facut un gest care a meritat toti banii. Ne-a lasat acest bilet in mapa cu nota:</p>

<p>Ziua urmatoare am mers la ski. Dimineata am mers, ne-am luat ski pass-ul. Preturile la ski pass, chiar decente:</p>
<p>O zi: 280 Hruvii (aprox 28 EUR). Daca iei biletul pana la 9 dimineata, e doar 200 Hruvii (aprox 20 EUR).</p>
<p>Pe doua zile, cum ne-am luat noi, era 510 Hruvii, deci cam 51 EUR.</p>
<p>Alte detalii despre ski:</p>
<p>- multe partii, de toate culorile (negre, rosii, albastre).</p>
<p>- partii in general destul de scurte, intre 1-2 km</p>
<p>- altitudine mica &#8211; toata statiunea e intre 900 si 1360 m altitudine</p>
<p>- tunuri de zapada pe toate partiile, astfel ca sezonul e astfel mai lung.</p>
<p>- 16 telescaune, aproape toate noi (de 4 persoane)</p>
<p>- nu am stat la cozi, maxim cred ca am stat 3 minute. Dar a se retine ca eram in timpul saptamanii, si nu in full sezon la ei.</p>
<p>- pe partii e obligatoriu sa porti casca!!! E primul loc unde nu te lasa sa urci pe scaune fara casca de protectie. Pentru prima data, am schiat si eu cu casca.</p>
<p>- daca vrei sa mananci pe partie, nu miza pe limba engleza, ca e putin probabil. Sau pe meniuri in engleza. Tot putin probabil. De obicei, raspunsul in locurile &#8220;de fitza&#8221; la &#8220;Do you speak english?&#8221; va fi &#8220;So and so&#8221; dar de fapt nu vorbesc engleza, iar in locurile de nefitza, raspunsul va fi &#8220;Ucraini&#8221;. E distractiv, oricum.</p>

<p>Despre intoarcere, nimic spectaculos, atat ca la vama ucraineana ne-au cerut din nou cei 5 lei pentru &#8220;inregistrare&#8221;. Asta este, ce sa-i faci&#8230;</p>
<p>In concluzie, Bukovel e o experienta foarte misto. O recomand, atat pentru ca e altceva, dar si pentru ca, la nivel de ski, nu se compara cu nimic din Romania. Ca preturi, nu e super ieftin, dar e chiar rezonabil. SI cu putina rabdare si o atitudine pozitiva, devine ceva frumos.</p>
<p><em>Edit 13/01</em>: vorbind ieri cu niste amici, si povestindu-le de experienta de la Bukovel, mi-am adus aminte de un lucru foarte surprinzator, si foarte placut pe care l-am descoperit: in Bukovel nu se fuma niciunde inauntru. Nici in baruri, nici in restaurante, niciunde. Nu stiu daca e o lege pe tot teritoriul Ucrainei, dar in Bukovel, poti sa mananci fara sa te afume altceva decat mirosul de mancare.</p>
